For my CMF design project, I developed a concept for a safe and affordable transportation system tailored to young skateboarders in Southern California. The system consists of conceptual buses operating in partnership with Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego counties, each traveling to and from public skateparks within its respective region. The goal was to give skateboarders a reliable and safe way to explore various skateparks throughout their area. I designed the material and finish selections for each bus to reflect both the spirit of skateboarding and the unique cultural identity of the county it served. From color palettes and surface textures to interior materials and finishes, each element was thoughtfully chosen to reinforce the theme and purpose of the project.
